Odyssey Interactive moves into bigger office

Information technology services company Odyssey Interactive has taken 7,715 sq ft on the fourth floor at Station House in Altrincham.

Odyssey, which is part of the Hasgrove Group, agreed to a nine year lease, with breaks in years three and six, at £15/sq ft.

The deal was completed in two months and Odyssey is moving from a smaller suite of 3,500 sq ft within 78,000 sq ft building.

Landlord Bruntwood has also fully refurbished the office.

David Laws, from Matthews & Goodman, who advised Odyssey Interactive on the deal, said: "This is an excellent deal for all parties, and provides Odyssey with an attractive and flexible working environment. Station House presented itself as the logical solution to their needs going forward, with not just good quality accommodation, but also proximity to local amenities and Altrincham's public transport interchange."

The suite is undergoing a fit-out designed by the Sheila Bird Group.
