Occupiers relocate within Segro portfolio

Industrial property landlord Segro has reported two lettings at Trafford Park.
Carry Gently, a specialist transport services company, has relocated within Trafford Park to take the 5,064 sq ft Unit 15 at Premier Park on a 10-year lease.
Secondly, white goods appliance supplier, Indesit, which previously occupied premises at Segro's Heywood Distribution Park, has relocated to take 20,601 sq ft of space across Units 18 and 19 at Premier Park, also on a 10-year lease.
Hazel Lambert, leasing surveyor at Trafford Park, said: "Premier Park provides new-build accommodation in a secure facility within an established setting and is proving a big attraction for occupiers looking for modern warehousing space in the region."
