Gateway House, a commercial development in Bromborough, Wirral, transformed its occupancy rate from 80% vacant to 80% occupied last year.
The office building on Old Hall Road has benefited from high interest levels over the last year due to a range of incentives.
Brian Ricketts, partner at Hitchcock Wright & Partners, sole agent for the site, said: "Competitive rental rates and flexible lease terms have piqued interest from both small and large companies, while incentives such as rent free periods and discounted rents have increased demand."
New tenants within the last twelve months include Iberdrola Engineering Construction Networks, medical technology firm MSoft eSolutions and accountancy firm Bennett Brooks.
