OBI hires from Savills
OBI Property has appointed Mike Millward as lead surveyor in its building consultancy team.
Millward will work alongside director Dominic Horridge, Joe Weilding and James Bostock.
Millward was at Savills for eight years as an associate building surveyor. He has considerable experience in building consultancy and project management and joined OBI Property to assist with the delivery of £15m of project work.
OBI's building consultancy team specialises in dilapidations, fit-out, office refurbishment and new-build. The firm recently completed a new build monitoring project at Birchwood, Warrington. Known as 602, the 35,000 sq ft building is the headquarters for social housing provider Your Housing Group.
Other clients include AO.com, Allied London, MEPC, Keoghs Solicitors, the Hut Group and Aberdeen Asset Management.
