OBI headcount reaches 10

OBI Property has strengthened its building consultancy team with the recruitment of James Bostock as a graduate building surveyor.

The department is headed by Dominic Horridge, director, and also contains Joe Weilding, who this month passed the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyorss Assessment of Professional Competence.

Horridge said: "It is fantastic to have James on board and great to see Joe's professional development. OBI Property's building consultancy is going from strength to strength and we are working on some very exciting schemes."

The building team is working on projects worth £15m for clients including Allied London in Spinningfields, Warner/Aviva at Sunlight House and the £6m refurbishment of Sevendale House into new office space in Manchester's Northern Quarter for a private investor. OBI is also advising Your Housing on its new 35,000 sq ft headquarters in Birchwood Park.

OBI Property was set up in 2010 by Will Lewis, Gary Scorah and Dominic Horridge and now empolys 10 staff.
