Novo hires from AA Projects

Paul Birch has joined the Altrincham-based developer as a commercial manager from AA Projects.

In his new role, Birch will oversee the financial and commercial aspects of Novo’s development pipeline, which is now more than £75m.

Birch spent around four years as an employer’s agent at AA Projects, and previously worked for SDA Consulting as a project quantity surveyor for nearly eight years.

The developer’s team now stands at eight people and the company will be looking to add another member of staff before the end of this year to help deliver anticipated new projects.

Novo’s pipeline features a mix of developments across Greater Manchester, Manchester, and Cheshire, including the former Stamford Arms in Little Bollington, a deal revealed this week.

It is also bidding to be Trafford Council’s development partner for the Grafton Centre in Altrincham, and is on site at a number of different schemes across the town centre, including Oak House on Barrington Road.
