Norwich House refurbishment completed

Warrington-based Morris & Spottiswood has completed an office fit out for Zurich Assurance.

The £850,000 contract included an open plan office fit out, with a large lobby and reception area, at Norwich House in Water Street, Liverpool city centre.

Scott Langshaw, Morris & Spottiswood contracts manager, said: "Water Street is one of the city's oldest streets and while the exterior of Norwich House fits into its surroundings as soon as you enter the building you are transported to an open and modern space."

Morris & Spottiswood was working on behalf of project manager Workman on the five-storey building.
