Norwel moves to Cheadle Royal

Legal software systems supplier, Norwel Computer Services, has relocated to No.1 Lakeside in Cheadle Royal Business Park, South Manchester.

Norwel has taken 3,400 sq ft on a 10-year lease at a headline rent of £14.50/sq ft at the building owned by Cramer Properties. The firm relocated from Wythenshawe.

Will Lewis of WHR Property Consultants, who advised on the transaction, commented: "Norwel has been based in Northenden for the last 27 years but due to changing market conditions and new ownership, the business will now benefit from being based in a Grade A office located on one of the most established business parks in the North West."
