Northwich sheltered housing scheme gains consent

Planning consent has been granted for a Making Space sheltered housing development on James Street, Northwich.

Designed by Pozzoni Architects and developed by Helena Partnerships, the site comprises 14 sheltered apartments, 10 of which are one-bedroom, one-person apartments; three of which are two-bedroom, two-person apartments; and one that is a two-bedroom wheelchair accessible apartment.

The development is on the site of a disused workshop.

Work is expected to start this year.
