Northern Trust’s self-build housing sales strong

Northern Trust reported healthy sales at its private self-build residential estate in Leyland, with eight out of 11 plots now reserved or sold.

Northern Trust gained detailed planning for four different house types, and a design code has been agreed with South Ribble Council that will provide flexible parameters for the development of each plot reserved matters planning permission for the development and is on site with the estate road and utilities.

So far, eight of the 11 plots have been reserved with five of the eight plots having exchanged contracts. A number of individual have also successfully obtained planning permission for their own house design.

The site is set within two acres of land overlooking Farington Park, and includes a range of serviced self-build plots which will have a gated entrance via a private road off Stanifield Lane.
