Northern Trust signs pillow firm for 55,000 sq ft in Hyde

Northern Trust has secured the letting of 55,000 sq ft across three units in Hyde, east Manchester, to Breasley Pillows.
The deal follows a £10m refurbishment of the 300,000 sq ft East Tame Business Park by Northern Trust, completed in May.
Richard Johnson of King Sturge, joint agents on the scheme with Whittle Jones, said: "Breasley Pillows were working to a very tight timescale and we were able to agree the lease documentation and allow them occupation within a matter of weeks."
East Tame Business Park covers 15 acres and comprises of 22 units in total with the remaining units ranging in size from 1,482 sq ft to 12,551sq ft.
Northern Trust sold a residential phase of 235 units at the development, on Talbot Road, to Barratt Homes.
