Northern Trust lets unit at Elm Court
Flexible Coatings has taken Unit 17 at the 30,943 sq ft industrial development in Ellesmere Port, Wirral.
The company specialises in the supply and application of liquid coatings used for the roofing and waterproofing of commercial and domestic buildings.
Flexible Coatings is leasing the 2,713 sq ft unit on a three year deal for an undisclosed rent.
Katie Bibby, assistant surveyor at Whittle Jones, who acted on behalf of landlord Northern Trust, said: "We are delighted to have secured the letting of Flexible Coatings on the Elm Court estate, which has resulted in the site having just one unit left available."
Elm Court comprises of 18 individual units arranged in four blocks, located on the eastern fringe of Ellesmere Port at Newbridge Road.
Unit 2 is available measuring 2,775 sq ft. Northern Trust declined to disclose the quoting rent or sale price.
