Northern Trust completes Warwick House revamp

Northern Trust has announced the completion of the £1.3m refurbishment work at its six storey office building in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester.

Warwick House is located on the corner of Warwick Road and Talbot Road.

Conrad O'Neill, from Canning O'Neill, joint agents acting on behalf of Northern Trust, said: "Northern Trust has done a fantastic job in refurbishing the building, which has now been transformed to provide arguably the highest quality office accommodation in Old Trafford. They have raised the bar in terms of Old Trafford offices yet the quoting rental has been maintained at a competitive level. Furthermore, we are confident the creation of smaller suites and the ability to offer flexible lease terms will tap into current demand from small businesses."

Warwick House offers office accommodation from 447 sq ft suites upwards. Northern Trust said the ground floor has a self contained suite with its own dedicated entrance, which may be suitable for a variety of uses subject to planning.
