Northern Point buys in Crewe

A former probation centre in Crewe has been sold by the Home Office's National Offender Management Service to Northern Point Developments.

The Wilmslow-based developer paid an undisclosed sum for the 3,750 sq ft building on Delamere Street, previously a convent before being used as a probation centre.

The Manchester office of Colliers International acted for NOMS Property.

Richard Roberts at Colliers International, said: "We were delighted to achieve a sale to give the building a new lease of life in what remains a difficult market."
