Norfolk House revamp finished

Warner Estate Holdings' and Aviva's Apia Regional Offices Fund have completed a £530,000 refurbishment of Norfolk House in Manchester city centre.

The five-storey building on Norfolk Street contains 54,000 sq ft of offices, let to occupiers including Zurich Commercial. There remains 18,930 sq ft available to let.

Apia said discussions are underway to extend the occupation of existing occupiers in the building and there is 'strong interest from potential new tenants'.

Nick Taylor, senior asset manager for Warner Estate, said: "The comprehensive £500,000 refurbishment of Norfolk House included the main reception area, communal lobby areas and toilet facilities, as well as the vacant fourth floor. We are confident that the provision of such high quality office space will be fundamental in attracting a new occupier to the building whilst creating a modern working environment for the existing occupiers."

Joint letting agents are King Sturge and Savills.
