Nolan Redshaw adds finance to ‘bread and butter’ agency

London-based property finance advisor Stephen Dalton has joined surveyors Nolan Redshaw on a consultancy basis to expand the firm's loan workout, restructuring and asset management offering.

Dalton spent four years at the Royal Bank of Scotland working in real estate finance in the City before setting up Stephen Dalton & Co chartered surveyors. Prior to London he spent 10 years in Liverpool and Manchester working for Matthews & Goodman and Knight Frank.

Mike Redshaw said: "Nolan Reshaw's 'bread and butter' consists of agency, development and professional work, coupled with asset management and valuation. Adding financial expertise to these core disciplines means that Nolan Redshaw is now ideally placed to assist clients with the restructuring of loans and other financial arrangements, as well as the development of asset workout strategies and the day-to-day duties involved in asset management, such as the redeveloping or re-letting of assets.

"Stephen will be a great addition to the team as he understands banking and property issues alike, and is therefore ideally placed to offer advice to our clients on finance funding and banking issues. He will also be invaluable in formulating asset management plans to help clients steer an appropriate course through the current market turbulence."
