Nippon staying at Ringway for five more years

Logistics provider Nippon Express UK has signed a new five-year lease on a 21,500 sq ft unit at Ringway Trading Estate near Manchester Airport.
Nippon Express UK is an existing tenant at the estate and will pay £107,275 a year to switch into the refurbished unit. The company has operating bases in 37 countries.
Dan Burn of joint letting agent King Sturge commented: "Ringway Trading Estate is a great location for logistics companies operating at an international level and any business involved with the airport."
CBRE and King Sturge are the retained letting agents on the estate. Maxwell Brown acted for Nippon Express UK.
