Mason Partners has announced a series of lettings at various premises across Brunswick, Ellesmere Port and Liverpool city centre.
Liverpool Housing Trust took a 4,500 sq ft industrial unit at Century Building in Brunswick Business Park from landlord North West Industrial Estates on a five-year lease. Philip Armstrong agreed a 10-year lease on a 3,870 sq ft unit at the same site. Existing occupiers Riverside Laundry and Complete Site Safety have committed to larger units of 4,200 sq ft for three years and 4,250 sq ft for two years respectively to accommodate expansion.
Xenon Green Energy has completed a three-year lease of Number 4 at the Oaks Office Park in Ellesmere Port, totalling 5,205 sq ft. In addition, Jigsaw Law, Plus Dane Housing Association and Gap Personnel have taken 10,000 sq ft of offices at 1-4 Pioneer Business Park. The landlord on both buildings is North West Industrial Estates.
Rockoff Retail has relocated to an 8,200 sq ft industrial unit at Boundary Workshops, owned by Liverpool Film Studios, in 105 Boundary Street, Liverpool.
