Nigel Lawrence brings IMO car wash sites to market

The Manchester office of specialist roadside property surveyor Nigel Lawrence Partnership has been appointed to sell three surplus car wash sites for the IMO group.

The sites, each less than one acre, are in Wigan, Harper Hey in Manchester and Hull.

Tony Hindley, partner, Nigel Lawrence Partnership, said: "The motor trade and roadside sector remains reasonably buoyant despite the market adversity due to the broad spectrum of potential end users requiring such prominent roadside properties. We anticipate a substantial amount of interest in these properties from both occupiers and developers due to their roadside locations and lot size."

Other instructions on NLP's books include serviced plots at West Cumbria Gateway Services in Workington for a variety of roadside uses and former car showrooms in Chester, Accrington, Hazel Grove, Oldham, Poulton, Stockport and Warrington.
