NHS Trust takes space at Cheshire Oaks

Eric Wright Group has exchanged contracts to lease 5,000 sq ft at Cheshire Oaks Business Park in Ellesmere Port to Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

CWP will use the space in Sycamore House for a training centre for its own staff as well as those of third parties.

Stephen Wade, business space director at Legat Owen, letting agent for Eric Wright, said: "The Trust's decision to move to Cheshire Oaks was driven by a number of factors including the location, the quality of the accommodation and the landlord's willingness to provide a turnkey solution."

The property is currently being fitted out ahead of the trust's move in the autumn.

There are two suites remaining within Sycamore House, both on the ground floor, one of 2,000 sq ft and another of 3,000 sq ft.

The quoting rent is £13.50/sq ft.
