Next phase for Sigma at Norris Green

Liverpool City Council has transferred 2.95-acres to Regeneration Liverpool for the development of 56 affordable rental homes as part of the Norris Green Village scheme.

Regeneration Liverpool is a joint venture between Sigma Inpartnership and the city council. The land will form the fifth phase of the £100m Norris Green development.

The additional affordable homes will take the total units built or contracted at the site to 428.

Regeneration Liverpool's affiliate partner, Countryside, will build 36 two-bedroom, 18 three-bedroom and two four-bedroom semi-detached affordable homes, which will ultimately be managed by Liverpool Mutual Homes.

Start on site is scheduled for January 2015.
