Newbies at PBA
The Manchester office of development and infrastructure consultancy Peter Brett Associates LLP has recruited two staff to its planning team, taking to 22 the total number of fee earners in the office.
Daniel Wheelwright has joined as principal planner, having previously worked in the policy team at Ryedale Council where he was involved in guiding the Ryedale Local Plan Strategy and Helmsley Plan Sites documents successfully through examination. Wheelwright has gained a wide range of experience working for a number of local authorities primarily on residential, retail, employment land and infrastructure matters.
Bal Tiwana joined as assistant planner, having previously worked within the strategic land team at Gladman Developments. Tiwana has experience in finding sites, research, monitoring planning policy, in-depth analysis of housing land supply and the preparation of residential planning applications throughout the country. He will build upon his residential planning background, while working on a more varied portfolio of work utilising his first class degree in economics.
