New tenants at Speke’s Hurricane Court

Two new tenants have been secured at Gladman Developments's 130,000 sq ft office complex Hurricane Court in Speke, south Liverpool.

Dedicated home delivery and collection company, Home Delivery Networks, move into new premises at the United Business Centre.

Forster Dean Solicitors has acquired a single self contained unit at the development.

Tim Garnett, senior surveyor of office agency at CBRE North West, joint advisors to Gladman, said: "With 70% let or sold, Hurricane Court has proven popular by offering some of the best specified accommodation in the region and there is no better time for companies to relocate here thanks to the exceptional deals we can offer. We continue discussions with a number of large occupiers which, if successful, will be exciting news for the North West."

Hurricane Court offers office units from 1,035 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft.

Outside Hurricane Court, Gladman also has a 421,500 sq ft building, Estuary Point, which it uses as its headquarters.

Hitchcock Wright also advises Gladman.
