Acting on behalf of Royal London Asset Management, CBRE and Hitchcock Wright & Partners have secured a series of lettings at Junction 8 Trade & Business Park in Ellesmere Port, totalling 33,500 sq ft.
This leaves only two 5,000 sq ft units available on site.
Completed transactions at the Cheshire business park include 10,500 sq ft to Junction 8 Tile & Stone, 3,000 sq ft to Granite Transformations, 5,000 sq ft unit to FP&S, a national supplier of truck and van parts, and 15,000 sq ft to a national transport provider.
Other new tenants include electrical trade wholesaler Rexel and ceiling company Be Plas.
Some of the major occupiers of this site include Screwfix, Plumb Centre, Speedy Hire, Benchmarx, Arco and Toolstation.
The business park has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment with units benefitting from new profiled steel cladding to elevations and roofs, enhanced landscaping, site-wide CCTV and motorised roller shutter doors.
