New tenant for Moorfield’s Towers

Trinity Systems, a subsidiary of Roper Industries, has signed a 10-year lease for 5,600 sq ft in Kingston House at Towers in Didsbury, the business estate owned by a joint venture partnership of Moorfield Group and Property Alliance Group.

A global company headquartered in Florida and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Roper Industries engineers a range of products for the technology, science and industrial sectors. The company will be relocating from its current site in Sale, which it says is to accommodate a growing team.

Towers comprises eleven office buildings totalling 350,000 sq ft, within 20 acres of parkland. Other tenants on the scheme include John Lewis, British Airways, Oracle and Cisco.

Russells Construction is currently completing a refurbishment at Kingston House, as part of a £1.8m rolling investment programme across the estate. Trinity Systems was advised by Edwards & Co.

Nigel Hunter, partner at Edwards & co, said: "My clients were quickly enthralled with Towers. The global team from Roper were very impressed with the quality of the scheme, in particularly its pristine landscaped environment and the inviting campus feel."
