New tenant for 170,000 sq ft Winsford warehouse
Supply chain management company Howard Tenens has taken the distribution facility, known as ONE175, on a five-year lease at £3.50/sq ft.
The Manchester office of commercial property consultants, GVA, secured a letting at Winsford Industrial Park on behalf of LPA Receivers, Roger Phillips and Greg Judd of GVA. The client was undisclosed.
Winsford Industrial Park, Cheshire, is home to occupiers such as Linpac Material Holdings, H&M Hennes, Henkel, International Paper and Advanced Medical Systems.
Andrew Pexton, director at GVA Manchester, said: "ONE175's strategic location with excellent transport links will provide the ideal base for Howard Tenens to service their clients on both a local and national level."
A 100,000 sq ft refurbished industrial unit remains available at a quoting rent of £295,000/year or £2.5m.
Lamont Commercial is joint agent with GVA on the scheme.
