New tenant at Tower 12

Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group relocated to Tower 12 in Spinningfields on Monday as it prepares to double the size of its Manchester office.

Leonard Curtis signed a ten-year lease to occupy 2,500 sq ft on the ninth floor of the former Manchester House in Allied London's development at The Avenue.

Daniel Booth, head of corporate strategies at Leonard Curtis, said: "It has been another positive year for LCBSG and the move to Spinningfields is timely as it will give us increased capacity to meet the growth we are forecasting.

Turnover at Leonard Curtis grew from £13.9m to £15.3m in the past year.

Booth added: "The relocation has been triggered by the rising demand for our services, particularly in finance raising through the factoring advisory service and debt advisory assignments via corporate strategies."

LCBSG operates from 10 offices and employs over 140 staff.
