New tenant at Caledonian House

Privately owned holding company Ashley & Dumville, which has a background in the energy industry, is moving into the Bruntwood-owned office building in Knutsford.

Ashley & Dumville has taken 3,205 sq ft on the first floor at Caledonian House and will be renting its Regent House office on Bexton Lane in Knutsford to another business but declined to give a name when contacted by Place.

The company has an energy and oil businesses, Oil Recruitment, and a publishing division, which produces a range of specialist titles within the energy sector including Fuel Oil News and Renewable Energy Installer.

Ashley & Dumville join other tenants at Caledonian House including Civil Aviation Technical Training Solutions, which provide training courses to convert qualified mechanics into professional aircraft engineers and has clients such as EasyJet, Jet2 and Monarch, and safety barrier provider Skipper.

Bruntwood has project managed the refurbishment of its new office.

Andrew Butterworth, sales director at Bruntwood, said: "The customer was looking to expand into an office that offered an enhanced working environment for their staff. With a variety of convenient amenities and transport links available in the local vicinity, as well as offering bespoke space, Caledonian House fitted the bill perfectly."

Caledonian House is located in Tatton Street in Knutsford, Cheshire.
