Retailer Tile & Stone has agreed a 10-year lease with a private landlord on a 5,500 sq ft industrial unit on Apollo Trading Estate in Manchester's Ardwick Green at £30,000 a year.
The refurbished, single storey unit is situated close to the A6 and Mancunian Way.
Simon Hampson, partner and head of WHR's roadside department, advised the landlord. He said: "Tile and Stone was looking for a new showroom premises as part of its rapid expansion plan. This unit was ideal for their requirements as not only does it benefit from a popular roadside location but it also has dedicated customer parking."
