New starters at Paragon

Paragon has boosted its Manchester office with several new appointments.

Jerome Broderick has joined from Cushman & Wakefield as senior building surveyor and Aled Howells, who previously worked at Mace, joined as associate director project manager. Tom Clayton joined as a graduate surveyor.

James Onions, head of Paragon Manchester, which opened last year and now employs nine people, said: “Our continued expansion of the recently established Manchester office is client-driven and the direct result of a number of significant new instructions. Jerome and Aled have strong track records in our industry and Aled previously worked with Peter McIlhagger, our director of projects. We are committed to continuing to grow and invest in our business, which we do by securing the best talent in the region.”

Paragon is an independent building and project consultancy advising commercial property owners, funders, occupiers and advisers on the whole lifecycle of property assets.
