New starters at JMP

The Manchester office of transport planning and engineering consultancy JMP has announced two appointments.

Bita Hudson joins from Mott MacDonald as planning and development consultant. Her background in micro-simulation modelling and GIS will further reinforce JMP's marketing leading capabilities in this sector.

Peter McFadden is an experienced engineer, with proficiency in AutoCAD 3D Modelling for highways infrastructure and drainage design which complements JMP's existing engineering design offer.

There are now 30 staff in JMP's Manchester and Liverpool offices, with further appointments expected.

Bruce Allan, associate director and head of the firm's North West business unit, said: "With our full order book and an expanding workload we are pushing ahead with our ongoing recruitment programme. Along with the three graduates who started earlier this year, these two recent appointments demonstrate our confidence going forward following a successful year to date."
