New signings for Aintree Business Park

Orbit Developments' Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park has announced three new lettings.

Direct mailing and courier business Secured Express has expanded, adding to its existing 4,000 sq ft premises by signing up for an additional 16,500 sq ft.

Printing and reprographic business Redwood Press has secured the Valentines Building's final 16,700 sq ft of space, while Anchor (Staying Put) Sefton, which is part of the national charitable organisation, Anchor Trust, has taken office space in the Aintree Building.

Dennis Dwyer, Orbit's divisional director for Merseyside, said: "We are continuing to market 6,000 sq ft of office space at Granite Building in the city, and are moving forward plans to part demolish our site at Academy Business Park in Knowsley, after which we will be refurbishing circa 180,000 sq ft of industrial space."

Joint agents for the site are Irving Rice and Hitchcock Wright.
