New recruits at Dunlop Heywood

Chartered surveyor Dunlop Heywood has expanded its Manchester office up to a headcount of 16 with four appointments on the back of recent business wins.

Jonathan Killeen, data analyst, joined the Police Street head office from CVS in Manchester where he was part of the corporate sales team.

Aaron Mcleod also joined from CVS and took over business rates audit at Dunlop Heywood.

Richard Scott joined Dunlop Heywood from Edwin Hill where he was a senior surveyor.

Finally, Alexandra Weatherilt joined as a graduate surveyor.

Stuart Hicks, managing director, said: "It is great to see the property sector bounce back across the region, confidence is high across the board and it is reflected in our client's increased activity, both existing and new.

"The latest appointments mean Dunlop Heywood can keep on the same successful path of attracting new talent as well as forging strategic alliances and acquisitions in niche areas."

Recently appointed clients of Dunlop Heywood include Dee Valley Water, First Investments Real Estate and Exeter Airport.

Other offices have also seen new starters join the Dunlop Heywood team. In Liverpool, Peter Joyce joined the project and building consultancy team from Cowan & Co; Tara Vaughan comes in as office manager in Newcastle and Alan Burkitt as surveyor in Leeds.
