New recruit for JLL office agency

James Devany, regional surveyor at Bruntwood, is understood to be about to join JLL's Manchester office agency team.

JLL announced in May that director Greg Ball was leaving the firm after eight years to join Muse Developments, starting this month.

Devany will join Chris Mulcahy, Richard Wharton and Andrew Rands in JLL's office agency team in Manchester. He previously worked in Sanderson Weatherall's Teesside office before joining Bruntwood in 2011.

All parties declined to comment.
