New recruit for Capital & Centric

Anna Dooley has joined Capital & Centric in Manchester as a development surveyor.

She previously worked in valuation, office and industrial agency in Knight Frank's Manchester office.

At Capital & Centric, Dooley will be working on existing development projects and also assisting with finding new development opportunities for the company.

She said: "I was attracted to Capital & Centric because of the number of exciting projects that it is currently involved with as well as an interesting pipeline of projects.

"The team here are really enthusiastic about what they do and I'm looking forward to the challenges of my new role."

Adam Higgins, co-founder of Capital & Centric, said: "Anna's a great addition to the fold, her energetic approach along with her experience in agency and valuation at Knight Frank creates a great complement within the team. She's also got a good knowledge of both the Manchester and Liverpool markets too which is where we are busiest."

Dooley is currently vice-president of the Greater Manchester RICS Matrics committee, where she was previously the social secretary.

After attaining a BSc in Geography at the University of Sheffield, she went on to get an MSc in Commercial Property Management at Liverpool John Moores University.Co founded by Tim Heatley and Adam Higgins, Capital & Centric currently has £30m of property under construction.

It has a development pipeline of over £50m and currently has four construction sites underway, including Speke Business Park; Tithebarn in Liverpool; Crown Business Park, Rochdale; Bunker building, Littlewoods complex in Liverpool.
