New partner at FDR

Warrington-based FDR Law has appointed commercial property partner Kirsty Tinsley-Fenney from Eversheds to its commercial services division.

Tinsley-Fenney was principal associate at Eversheds, where she specialised in investment work and asset management on behalf of institutional landlords and local market clients.

She recently took the lead role in the sale of the SEGRO-owned Project Orbital, a portfolio of six UK industrial estates, to Orchard Street Investment management for £113.8m.

She will work as part of the 12-strong commercial property team at the firm,
