New offices at Merchants Place in Liverpool

Mason Partners has launched its clients latest project, a £1m refurbishment at Brunswick Business Park.

The scheme consists of 27,151 sq ft of remodeled and newly equipped space within Century Building, owned by North West Industrial Estates.

The accommodation features 19,474 sq ft of offices on the first floor, which can be let as a whole or in suites from 757 sq ft.

Ground floor showroom, office, or storage space is available from 3,165 – 6,433 sq ft.

Architects Falconer Chester Hall designed Merchants Place.

CBRE are joint agents with Mason Partners on the project.

Feilden Clegg Bradley’s vision for the International Slavery Museum and Maritime Museum includes a link bridge, new entrances, and community spaces.

WayMakr Studio is headed up by Jon Shaw, formerly a senior architect at Ryder Architecture.
