New occupiers at Olympic Park

Commercial Development Projects, part of the Marshall Group, has secured new occupiers at its office scheme in Birchwood, Warrington.

Taylor Made Financial Services, Gemu Valves, which develops, manufactures and sells engineered diaphragm valves, and advertising company Clacksons have taken office space at the development.

London-based Clacksons is relocating its regional office from 84 Talbot Road in Old Trafford, Manchester, to Olympic Park.

These deals follow those completed with recruitment consultancy EMS Sigma last month, which has moved from Runcorn, and a deal with McCarthy Recruitment in May.

The five companies have occupied over 22,000 sq ft of accommodation in five self contained office buildings.

Rob Yates, office agency director at DTZ, joint letting agent on the scheme, said: "We have 7 buildings remaining offering self contained occupancy from 3,000 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft. We anticipate strong demand in the remaining buildings. Olympic Park offers occupiers a superb address, high quality accommodation providing air conditioning and raised floors which provide excellent value for money. The recent occupiers secured are testament to this. The accommodation is ready for immediate occupation and is available to buy or lease at £150 and £15.50 per sq ft respectively."

Olympic Park contains 16 self contained buildings in total. Eileen Bilton is joint letting agent on Olympic Park.

The deals were mostly sales for undisclosed prices. DTZ declined to give any further details.
