New MD at Sutton Kersh

James Kersh, son of founder Stewart Kersh, has replaced Paul Sutton as managing director at the Liverpool estate agency.
James has worked for Sutton Kersh for more than 20 years within its commercial and auctions departments.
Paul Sutton will now become group chairman.
Sutton Kersh has also appointed surveyor John Davies from Matthews & Goodman to deliver leasehold enfranchisement services, alongside general commercial valuation and compulsory purchase work for both Sutton Kersh's private and commercial clients.
Sutton Kersh has been established for 40 years and specialises in residential sales and lettings, auctions, commercial and surveys and valuations.
