New managing agents for Chorlton Mill
Livingcity has been appointed as managing agent of the Chorlton Mill residential building on Manchester's Cambridge Street.
Livingcity Asset Management was instructed by Chorlton Mill Management Company, the residents' management company, to providing tenant care and liaison, manage the communal areas and employ key site-based staff. Chorlton Mill contains 90 residential apartments, 16 commercial units and two retail units.
The residents, non-resident apartment owners and commercial tenants will also be able to access Livingcity's bespoke Web Portal. The online service provides important information about each building and the essential services relating to them 24 hours a day. It also acts as a secure interactive forum for discussion and can be used to share ideas or concerns amongst occupiers and investors.
Livingcity also manages Macintosh Village and Macintosh Mills in the same area, as well as No.1 Deansgate, The Hacienda, the Green Quarter, Royal Mills, Smithfield and the two residential blocks at Media City UK.
