New management team for Cheetham & Mortimer

A team of new managing partners has been installed at Cheetham & Mortimer.

Both David Cheetham, who set up the specialist retail and leisure practice 35 years ago, and long-standing partner Brian Hasprey, will remain as consultants, continuing to provide professional advice to their established clients.

The Manchester practice's new managing partners are Warwick Smither, Stephen Perrett, Andy Guest and Rob Millington.

Smither said: "Cheetham & Mortimer is a great business, with solid foundations built over 35 years, providing our exceptional client list with a unique partner-led service.

"We will take this opportunity to drive our business forward and take it to new heights. This is an exciting time and as industry leaders we will continue to respond to the ever-changing retail landscape."

The niche practice works with some of the UK's premier retailers including retained work on behalf of Marks & Spencer, Boots, Brantano and Tesco as well as various institutions, public bodies and developers including Peel, Land Securities, Development Securities, Bruntwood, Henry Boot and St Modwen.
