New Look doubles up in Manchester prime retail core

The fashion retailer is expanding its presence in the city centre, agreeing a 10-year lease on a 10,000 sq ft unit in Market Street, near to its large Arndale Centre store.

New Look will move into 90-100 Market Street, a shop formerly occupied by Poundworld and HMV.

British Steel Pension Fund is the landlord for 90-100 Market Street, and was represented by Savills.

The deal follows the recent letting to Skechers on the adjacent retail unit, where Savills also advised British Steel Pension Fund.

New Look Retailers was advised by CBRE.
