New commercial property lead at Forbes

The Blackburn-based solicitors has promoted Adam Bromley to head of commercial property.

Bromley joined Forbes in 2002 and qualified as a solicitor in 2004. He works in Blackburn but will lead the commercial property department across all eight of Forbes' offices, with three sites in Blackburn and branches in Accrington, Preston, Chorley, Leeds and Manchester.

He replaced Tim Hollingsworth as head of commercial property. Hollingsworth remains in the firm as a partner.

Bromley has a particular specialism in pension work, acting for pension scheme administrators and clients in relation to SIPP and SSAS transactions.

There are 10 people in the Forbes commercial property team. The firm has 37 partners and more than 350 staff.
