New boss for Lovell sales team
Lovell has appointed Clare Noakes as regional sales manager to head its Altrincham-based sales team in Greater Manchester.
Noakes has nearly 18 years' experience in the new homes industry.
She has held managerial roles at both Crosby Homes and, most recently, Miller Homes prior to joining Lovell.
Noakes started her property career in the commercial department at Fairclough Homes.
She said: "I believe we are offering homebuyers in the region something special. The attention to detail in Lovell's homes sets us apart from many of our competitors in the same price bracket.
"It's all about believing in what you're selling. It's a new challenge for me and one I am keen to meet head on, with the aim of delivering a strong set of results, meeting sales targets, and, most importantly, fulfilling customer needs."
Clare is based at Lovell's North West regional office in Timperley. She currently oversees nine locations including developments in Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Wirral, Carlisle and Flintshire.
