New agency for Manchester

Simon Fraser, former associate partner at WT Gunson, has left the company after 12 years to set up his own agency, Fraser Commercial.

Fraser specialises in commercial property sales, lettings, management and property acquisition throughout Greater Manchester and the North West.

The company is based in Centurion House on Deansgate and officially commenced trading on 25 July.

Fraser was an associate partner at WT Gunson for six years, during which time he worked in all aspects of commercial property activity, including business rates reviews, property management and acquisitions and disposals. He previously worked for Altus Edwin Hill.

Fraser is joined by Thomas Reeves and Victoria Jung. Reeves handles property management and business development, while Jung is due to graduate from Manchester University in September, and will deal with administration, marketing campaigns and assembling property information.
