Network Space recruits director from Knight Frank
Tom Dawson has been appointed investment director for the Newton-le-Willows-based commercial real estate investor and developer.
Dawson spent six years with Knight Frank’s capital markets team, first as a senior surveyor and later as an associate. During that time, he was involved in buying and selling of more than £175m worth of assets.
As investment director at Network Space, Dawson will be charged with growing the developer’s industrial portfolio. Network Space is focused primarily on value-add industrial property o up to £15m, which means targeting well-located asets aross the region. Dawson began his new role in September.

Dawson described his role as “an exciting new challenge”.
“Network Space is a well-established and respected property company with ambitious plans to grow its industrial portfolio,” Dawson said. “I’m eager to capitalise on my market knowledge and industry contacts to unlock new acquisitions and drive our value-add strategy.”
