NETbuilder takes Salford Quays office

Muse Developments has let a 5,600 sq ft office to NETbuilder at Anchorage Quay, for use as a training academy.

The company provides software, consulting and managed services and is relocating the academy from Worthing.

The office is on the fifth floor of the Anchorage 1 building and let is on a five-year lease.

Greg Ball, development surveyor at Muse Developments, said: "It's great news that a company of NETbuilder's calibre have chosen to relocate to Anchorage Quay. It's a testament to its excellent location, high quality office accommodation and access to the highest performing graduates, all within a short walk from the hub of MediaCity."

Anchorage Quay was one of the first developments to be completed at Salford Quays. The office comprises four interlinked buildings, the Gateway building and a waterside cafe and health club.

Canning O'Neill and JLL are joint agents.
