Natural Retreats reveals Llyn Peninsula holiday homes

Self-catering holiday provider, Natural Retreats, has launched a holiday homes development on the Llŷn Peninsula, Wales, as the company moves into property sales.

The Natural Retreats Llŷn Peninsula development offers 20 fully furnished, two and three bedroom residences with a 999-year lease.

The off-plan development was introduced at an event last week using an architectural visualisation animation.

Natural Retreats are offering up to 6% net rental guarantee on some of the Llŷn Peninsula residences.

Owners of a Natural Retreats Llŷn Peninsula residence will be entitled to a concierge service, and will be made Platinum members of the brand's 'Great Stay' loyalty scheme, which enables owners to holiday at other Natural Retreats locations.

Each property will be fully operated and managed by Natural Retreats, including the rental of the property if owners wish to seek an income from their residence.

The Llŷn Peninsula is located on the edge of Nefyn Bay on the North Coast of Wales.

Natural Retreats worked with businesses including British Oak furniture company Another Country, furniture company Naughtone, and BTC Lighting on its residences.

The target completion date is 30 months from exchange of contracts. During this time Natural Retreats is offering 21 days holiday a year at a Natural Retreats UK location.

A contractor has not been appointed yet.

Manchester-based NoChintz are the interior designers on the project.

There are 16 three-bed units of 1,300 sq ft available for £432,000 and four two-bed units of 1,000 sq ft available for £320,000.
