Lancashire law firm Napthens is set to expand its services in the Fylde after announcing a move for its Blackpool office.
Currently situated at Springfield Road in the centre of Blackpool, the new offices are due to open in May at Cropper Close, Whitehills Business Park, off junction 4 of the M55.
Napthens will occupy a new three-storey 9,000 sq ft building at the park developed by Calder Developments. The lease is for an initial three years with an option to renew. The rent was undisclosed.
Martin Long, partner in the Blackpool office of Napthens, said the move would help improve access for clients across the Fylde Coast and act as a platform for future growth in the area. He said: "Blackpool and the Fylde are both key to Napthens' business and this move will allow us to retain our Blackpool presence whilst making us more accessible, particularly from south Fylde.
"Our current, Victorian-era offices in Blackpool town centre are unsuited to a modern law firm. Our new offices at Whitehills will allow us to create a far more modern office environment, with custom-designed space and new office systems."
