Napthens hires from Brabners

Solicitor Deborah Turner has joined the commercial property team at Napthens in Preston, following eight years at rival Brabners.

Turner has significant experience in acting for landed estate clients, advising on lettings, residential development agreements and land purchases. She said: “I look forward to contributing to the team and meeting clients, new and old, as the firm continues to expand in the region.”

James Allison, head of real estate at Napthens, said: “Deborah joins us at a period of growth for both the Commercial Property and Construction teams in both Lancashire and Cumbria.

“We have recently welcomed to the team high profile appointments including partners Earle Brady as our new head of Construction, and Kate Mallaband, who is heading up Commercial Property in Cumbria.

“We are committed to continuing this expansion, and will have further exciting announcements over the next few weeks as we continue to grow our service offering.”
